The CEO of Genius IT Brainery, Mr. Desmond Kitsi, recently held an engaging session on Personal Branding with a select group of students and professionals in the Ho Municipality. This interactive session, aimed at helping young people differentiate themselves in today’s competitive job and entrepreneurial landscape, provided timely insights into building a strong personal brand.

In an era where job losses are rising and competition is fierce, Mr. Kitsi emphasized the importance of developing a Unique Value Proposition (UVP)—a core element that defines what makes an individual stand out. Drawing parallels to business development, he illustrated how identifying, curating, and confidently proposing one’s unique value transforms young professionals into high-demand assets in their respective fields.
The participants, who were volunteers from Genius IT Foundation, had the opportunity to build their capacity through training sessions at Genius IT Brainery. The session reinforced the need for strategic skill development that aligns with both personal aspirations and market needs, ensuring consistency with industry demands and generational trends.

By equipping young minds with essential branding knowledge, Genius IT Brainery continues its mission of fostering digital literacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship among Africa’s youth.
