The TechBridge Launchpad 2026 program has officially commenced at Genius IT Brainery, marking a significant step toward equipping learners with industry-relevant digital competencies and career readiness skills.
The program is strategically designed to address critical gaps between formal education and the evolving demands of the job market. Its core focus areas include mindset shifts, skills alignment, and industry preparedness, delivered through structured career guidance and the optimization of learners’ existing digital skills.
Participants are being exposed to multiple industries, gaining clarity on current and emerging role requirements, and learning how to strategically position themselves for expertise and long-term relevance. Training programs currently offered under the launchpad include Microsoft Excel, SQL, Microsoft Access, programming, and other in-demand digital skill areas, all tailored to provide learners with a strong competitive advantage in their future careers.

The program was formally opened with an orientation led by the Chief Executive Officer of Genius IT Brainery, Desmond Kitsi, who challenged learners to begin deliberately positioning their minds for the future of work. He emphasized that many young people only become aware of job market realities after completing their degrees, making it difficult for them to align their skills with the careers they desire.
According to him, while many traditional jobs are becoming obsolete at an accelerating pace, new roles are constantly emerging. Unfortunately, a significant number of youths continue to focus on career paths that are already declining, creating serious challenges during their transition into the job market.
Mr. Kitsi further cautioned against excessive use of mobile phones and social media purely for entertainment, noting that meaningful skills development requires time, focus, and intentional effort. He stressed that individuals should not wait until the point of employment to begin acquiring skills, but rather develop them early enough to apply and refine them effectively.

With the program already underway, learners are actively engaging with course structures, expectations, and industry-aligned learning pathways. The TechBridge Launchpad 2026 promises to be an intensive, transformative experience that prepares participants not just for jobs, but for sustained relevance in a rapidly changing digital economy.
Genius IT Brainery remains committed to empowering young people with practical skills, future-focused mindsets, and the confidence to thrive in the world of work.
