Genius IT Brainery InfoCom Level 1 Training: First Cohort Orientation Update
Genius IT Brainery InfoCom Level 1 Training officially began with the successful completion of a one-week orientation for its first cohort of learners. The orientation was carefully designed to introduce learners to the Brainery’s learning culture while building strong foundations in leadership, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and web development.

Day 1: Genius IT Brainery InfoCom Level 1 Training & Learner Integration
The first day of the Genius IT Brainery InfoCom Level 1 Training focused on learner integration and institutional orientation. Learners were introduced to the Brainery’s vision, mission, values, policies, and learner support systems.
This session helped learners understand that Genius IT Brainery is not just a training center but a professional learning environment committed to discipline, growth, innovation, and long-term career development.

Day 2: Leadership Development in the InfoCom Level 1 Training
Leadership development formed a core part of the Genius IT Brainery InfoCom Level 1 Training through the Life Design & Career Innovation Program (LiDCIC). Learners explored self-leadership and the three unique stages of building mastery and influencing oneself and the world.
This session empowered learners to take responsibility for their choices, careers, and personal growth—reinforcing the belief that leadership starts from within.

Day 3: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundations

Day 4: Artificial Intelligence in the InfoCom Level 1 Training

They were also introduced to Prompt Engineering Essentials, learning how to use AI tools effectively as partners for learning and productivity.
